Rate information on the conference packages
Day-package
46.00 EUR (incl. conference programme, lunch, coffee)
Four-night-package (= one-to-four-night-package)
3.-7.10.2023: 327.00 EUR (incl. conference programme, group accommodation in a forest hotel, holiday apartment or big cottage, group meals = breakfast, lunch, coffee and dinner, and bedlinen & towels.)
Please note that the package option "Four-night-package" includes group accommodation, and no single rooms can be booked for this conference! Metsäkartano will inform you later of your final form of accommodation.
This package is suitable for one to four night stays = same rate for packages of one night stay to four night stays.
Four-night-package-outdoors (= one-to-four-night-package)
3.-7.10.2023:: 193.00 EUR (incl. conference programme, accommodation in a tent - Personal sleeping gear needed!, group meals = breakfast, lunch, coffee and dinner.)
This package is suitable for one to four night stays = same rate for packages of one night stay to four night stays.

Timetable:
3.10.2023 transportation to Metsäkartano from Kuopio railway station at 17:30 p.m and from Kuopio Airport at 18:00 p.m. 7.10.2023 transportation to Kuopio Airport and Kuopio railway station starting from Metsäkartano at 11:00 a.m
Please note that the transportation fee will be fixed later!
