Our professional guide will take you on a journey through the forest to the outdoor cooking hut where your delicious dinner will be waiting for you. Enjoy the walk under the twinkling stars... And if you are lucky you might even see the glorious colours of the Northern Lights!

Dinner is made from local and mainly organic seasonal ingredients. Vegetarian options available by request.
Starters
Hot non-alcoholic Finnish mulled wine
Dark bread with smoked salmon and mushroom salad
Main course
Meat stew (elk or organic highlander beef)
Buttered mashed potatoes
Pickled cucumber, lingonberry jam
Dessert
Finnish pancakes, whipped cream, cloudberry jam OR
special Finnish squeaky cheese grilled by the fire, served with whipped cream and cloudberry jam
Coffee and tea (made over an open fire)
Meals include water, home-made non-alcoholic beer, and berry juice. Other beverages (beer, wine, etc.) by request for an additional charge. Guests are free to stay and enjoy the fire even after the guides return to the main building.
